NOVEMBER IS CLIENT APPRECIATION MONTH AT HUIZEMARK
Category Franchising
It is hard to believe that 2020 is nearly something of the past. It feels as if a giant creature took a massive bite out of 'Our Time'. Even so, Huizemark look back at a record-breaking year in many respects, and the best way to celebrate is to thank our clients, our franchisees, and agents.
The support of our Sellers, Buyers, Lessors and Lessees who made Huizemark their agents of choice have made all the difference. Their loyalty by making use of our services over-and-over again, referring family members and friends, and the many letters of recommendation we receive, are noted with much appreciation.
The accolade must go to Huizemark Property Professionals across the country who work tirelessly in providing our clients with exceptional service, those that get involved in their communities and give time, energy, and funds to charities. We are blessed with Agents and Principals who are always willing to go the extra mile, and for that, we are eternally grateful.
This week we recognised the top agents and offices at the Huizemark Virtual Awards Evening - a spectacular production that caused celebrations around the country. Although we were apart, we were together as a team; collective energy was evident that creates a bond between our people that is hard to describe. The results of individual agents and offices were nothing short of astounding, especially noteworthy was the percentage increase over last year of 143% by a rental office and 140% by a sales office! Several of the Huizemark offices had all-time record-breaking sales or rental figures for the past 12 months.
As a brand, we have a lot to be thankful for. 2020 was a tough and emotionally challenging year for everyone, but Huizemark managed to grow by adding 16 more outlets and tipped the scale to over the 1000-mark agent count. We are immensely proud of our Agents and Franchisees who embraced the challenges and excelled!
So, November is Client Appreciation Month at Huizemark! A sincere "Thank You" goes to all concerned.
